Ectropy Health works in an institutional register — financial operations, compliance, and administrative process — drawing on healthcare-administration and defense-health-administration experience. The focus is the record and the process behind it, not the clinical decision in front of it.
For federal programs, particularly HUD-VASH, the work is coordination: helping a federal program meet the state and local reality where it actually operates. Ectropy Health is not a federal prime contractor and does not provide clinical care.
