Ectropy Residences is a launching housing operator — coordinating housing, managing property, and preparing independent living facility services for veterans and seniors. Some of what's below is operating today and some is still being built — we mark which is which, plainly. Joining the waitlist costs nothing and commits you to nothing.

Our property management capabilities are led by a Texas licensed real estate professional with active property management practice. Resident coordination combines that real-estate expertise with case management experience serving veteran and senior populations.

How our housing is funded
Public programs, used honestly
Ectropy Residences is building operations that connect residents to a coordinated set of federal, state, and local housing programs — including SSVF, HUD-VASH, LIHTC, and TDHCA — depending on eligibility and program availability. Our coordinator works with applicants individually to identify the right programs for their situation.
